1. Who can use this site?
Anyone. The site is free, it needs no account, and you may use it as an individual or on behalf of an organisation, for personal or commercial work, without asking permission and without payment.
Nothing here is a subscription, so we make no promise that a particular tool or style will exist forever.
2. Who owns the text I generate?
You do. The styled output is made from standard Unicode characters, we claim no ownership of what you type or of the result, and you need no licence from us to use it anywhere.
You are responsible for the words themselves. Paste a generated name into a platform and that platform's rules apply to it rather than ours.
3. What are you not allowed to do here?
You agree not to use this site to do any of the following.
- Impersonate another person, a brand, or an official account.
- Build text meant to slip past moderation, a word filter, or a ban.
- Harass, threaten, or abuse anyone.
- Break the terms of a game or platform you are pasting into.
- Scrape, overload, or otherwise disrupt the site or its hosting.
- Interfere with the adverts on a page, or click them in a way meant to generate revenue.
These are not decorative rules. Styled characters get used for the first two often enough that platforms watch for them, and doing it is a reliable way to get your own account actioned.
4. How does advertising work on this site?
The site is funded by advertising supplied by third-party networks, including Google. Those networks choose the adverts, not us, so an advert appearing here is not an endorsement of the product behind it.
Any commercial relationship that could affect what we write, such as an affiliate link or a paid placement, is labelled on the page it appears on. The privacy policy explains the cookies involved and how to turn personalised adverts off.
If you buy something from an advertiser, that transaction is between you and them. We are not a party to it and cannot help with delivery, refunds, or support.
5. What about links to other websites?
Some pages link out to official documentation, platform help pages, or a video. We do not control those sites and we are not responsible for their content, their accuracy, or their privacy practices.
Once you follow a link away from here, the terms and policies of that site take over.
6. Is the site guaranteed to stay online?
No. The site is provided as it is, with no guarantee that it will be available, uninterrupted, or free of errors.
We may change, move, or remove any page or tool at any time, and we are not obliged to give notice before doing it.
7. How accurate is the platform information?
Our pages describe character limits and naming rules for games and social platforms. That information is offered in good faith and can go out of date without warning, because those platforms change their rules whenever they choose.
Always test a name or a line of text in the real field before you rely on it, especially where a change costs money or an in-game item. We are not responsible for anything spent on a rename that a platform then refuses.
8. What are we liable for?
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss, cost, or damage arising from your use of this site or the text it produces.
That includes a rejected username, a lost rename token, a moderation action taken against your account, and any drop in reach caused by using styled characters where a platform expects plain ones.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
9. Who owns the content on this site?
The writing, layout, design, and code belong to Stylish Font Generator. You may quote a short passage with a link back, and you may not republish whole pages or copy the site wholesale.
The Unicode characters themselves belong to nobody. They are part of a public standard, which is precisely why these tools can exist at all.
10. Which law applies?
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts there have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
If you use the site as a consumer somewhere else, this does not take away any protection your own local law gives you.
11. Can these terms change?
Yes, as the site changes. The date at the top of this page always shows the current version, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
